For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $20.00 - $24.00 . Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities
Job Description
- Process and post payments for checks, credit cards, wires/ACH
- Account reconciliation
- Must be detail oriented, organized and a self-starter with professional and courteous phone skills
- Must communicate with internal and external customers by phone, fax, mail and email
- Must investigate customer complaints and verify the accuracy of account charges and correct errors
- Must make credit decisions on pending orders to increase credit lines
- AS400 experience is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel is also a plus
Qualifications
Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications
Candidate must have strong analytical, time management, and customer service skills. Experience with A+ is a plus. Knowledge of MS office required.
