Digital Forensics Corp. is seeking a talented individual that can provide support to accounting and finance departments for matters including, but not limited to:
securing revenue.

Ability to prioritize work assignments and meet strict deadlines.
-Strong detail, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment while following detailed instructions.
-Perform various administrative functions including preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and various agreements, faxing, filing, copying, travel arrangements as necessary, help with answering phones and other general office duties as needed.
-Strong organizational skills, maintaining employee records and time log.
- Maintain client confidentiality and perform the required duties in a professional manner.
-Providing support to other areas of the business/department as needs arise.
-Coordinating and organizing research across internal departments.

Responsibilities:
- Experience using QuickBooks Accounting is a must!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
