Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for filing, processing payments, and data entry in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Generate reports detailing account status.

· Understand expense accounts and cost centers.

· General filing and office duties.

· Communication and training in payroll application.

· General filing duties.

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Proven working experience in an office environment.

· Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

· Data entry skills.

· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.

· Proficiency in English and in MS Office.

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Professional manner and appearance.

· Team player who works well with others.

Successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Controller and work directly with the Accounts Payable Manager and the Accounts Receivable Manager.
