As our Accounts Payable Specialist you must be responsible, reliable, and detail oriented. Our company offers competitive pay, good business hours and a great benefits package. Quickbooks experience a must. Mon- Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.

• Ability to successfully multi-task and juggle assignments and projects
• Organized and motivated
• Strong attention to detail

Job Duties include:

• Matching purchase orders and invoices
• Entering invoices into Quickbooks
• Preparing reports to process checks

Qualifications:

• High School graduate
• QuickBooks and Accounts Payable experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
