Full time position in the accounting department
Our firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable person to work in the accounting department. The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous, dedicated, enthusiastic, a team player, and is looking for a long-term, in-person position. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
You would work directly with the accounting team and Controller on all areas of financial management. In addition, you would work closely with our project management teams.
· Process Accounts Payable
· Process accounts receivable
· Maintain and process necessary employee records.
· Knowledge of construction accounting solutions, i.e., ComputerEase a plus.
· Experience working with New York City agencies a plus.
