Responsibilities: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
Invoice Processing: Efficiently and accurately process invoices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Process payments via check, ACH, etc., utilizing Accounts Payable software.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any payment-related inquiries promptly.
Expense Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Data Entry/Reports: Ensure accuracy of data entry and run reports in computer system
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and experience with MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
