Role Overview:
- Provide one-on-one in-home support to children, assisting them in their daily routines and personal development goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and adapt personalized care plans.
- Use your caregiving skills to foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for children with diverse needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a reliable and professional attitude.
- Experience or interest in working with children, particularly those with special needs or behavioral challenges.
- Commitment to continuous learning and openness to receiving training in behavioral support techniques.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
