Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $19.75/hr

- 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Experience in MS Office and ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Review Reports for Posted goods receipts missing invoices.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Maintain invoice filing.
- Reconcile payable reports weekly to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate.
- Print, obtain signatures and mail checks for invoices due. Prepare files for ACH Payments Post journal entries Correspond with Vendors and respond to Inquiries.
- Reconcile Vendor Statements to current AP in the system. Provide supporting documentation for audits
