Dentive is a dynamic and rapidly growing Dental Partner Organization (DPO) based in Provo, Utah. The Dentive Integrations Team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Integrated Shared Services Project Manager to join our growing team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the process of acquiring new patients in our partner practices.
What you would do...
- Train and mentor new Integration Shared Services Project Managers.
- Provide extensive training, address concerns, and offer support to practice staff involved in Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, and Data Collection processes.
- Collaborate and ensure the seamless transition between Integrations and Dentive AP and Payroll Teams.
- Acquire and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all relevant software for the Integration Shared Services Project Manager role.
- Proactively contribute ideas for enhancing effectiveness and efficiency to improve the overall practice experience.
- Communicate with relevant Dentive departments in cases of non-compliance with contractual arrangements, so proper communication and resolution can be achieved.
Accounts Payable
- Conduct meetings with Doctors and practice managers to discuss and transition vendors.
- Transition vendors from previous billing to Dentive billing, ensuring full activation on the new account.
- Process check requests, expense reports, and ensure timely, accurate payment of bills for practices in Integrations, adhering to departmental procedures and timelines.
- Manage Accounts Payable for separate entities and vendors, including accurate review, coding, and processing of vendor invoices.
- Create and conduct training on new practice Divvy budgets, including sending welcome emails and mailing physical Divvy cards. Generate virtual/subscription Divvy cards and communicate card information to the practice.
- Perform data entry associated with Accounts Payable, reviewing and reconciling invoice discrepancies. Monitor and categorize missed Divvy payments during offices in Integration status. Audit and process credit card bills, addressing and responding to vendor inquiries.
Payroll
- Implement payroll for new partnerships into the HRIS system and gather and prepare payroll reports for practices without direct report access.
- Assist in creating and verifying state payroll tax accounts and ensure accurate and complete employee payroll census data for HRIS Integration.
- Perform payroll data validation and processing for practices in integrations, including managing recurring deductions and calculating commission-based pay and ensuring timely payment for all hourly and salaried employees and contractors.
- Manage active recurring deductions, such as garnishments and 401k deferrals, medical benefits, etc. for offices in Integration status. Ensure compliant time keeping by practice managers.
- Conduct audits of practice payroll procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including reviewing processed taxes for accuracy in HRIS.
- Address and resolve payroll-related issues and questions from practice staff
Data Collection
- Collaborate with M&A and Integration teams to communicate with practice contacts to gather required documents and data, adhering to the specified timelines outlined in Process Street.
- Initiate background checks for doctor and associates, and follow up to ensure it is done to completion

- Experience - Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Accounting and Payroll
