Accounts Payable Coordinator

Pay: Up to $27 an HR - DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Dress Code: Business Casual

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile nontrade invoices and payments, including real estate and lease payments, utilities, marketing, and advertising, etc.;

• Ensure correct sorting, matching, and approval of invoices/receipts by working with all levels of personnel in various departments;

• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions;

• Assist with month-end close and financial statement review;

• Maintain monthly close reporting timetable and monitor progress against reporting cycle milestones;

• Provide efficient client service;

• Protect organization s value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years Accounts Payable experience REQUIRED

• Previous PDI software experience preferred,

• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality required,

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines required.
