Koenig Equipment, Inc. is actively recruiting for experienced an Accounts Payable Representative at the Dealership's Shared Resource Center in Botkins, OH.
Primary Duties:
- Primary responsibility for management of Accounts Payable including:
- Ensure timely receipt, approval, and processing of all invoices including electronic invoices
- Sort, code, and match invoices and packing slips
- Enter invoices into the business system ensuring compliance with vendor terms
- Maximize early payment discounts
- Prepare and perform check runs to include mailing of checks
- Prepare and process electronic payments to include posting of journal entries
- File Accounts Payable records
- Monthly reconciliation of all vendor statements
- Monthly processing and reconciliation of all credit card statements
- Manage vendor relations to include invoice delivery and timely resolution of inquiries
- Assist the Staff Accountant with assigned duties to include:
- Pick-up, delivery, and distribution of corporate mail
- Process cash receipts
- Distribute monthly customer account statements
- Scan and upload of tax exempt cards and credit applications
- Corporate office general reception, phone and walk-in
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Controller or Senior Accountant
Qualifications:
- An Associate’s Degree in the accounting field. Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Excellent employee, customer relation and communication skills.
