Job Description
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Run reports for Positive Pay Portal to be uploaded into bank for payment
- Reconciliation of bank statements using accounting software
- Resolve discrepancies, reconcile vendor statements
- Ensure all vendor invoices have been properly approved for payment
- Submit all checks for Accounting Manager review
- Make sure all checks are signed and sent promptly
- Posting of credit card transactions, manually and using bank feeds.
- Keep records organized and maintained in a timely matter
- Ability to take on new task as assigned
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Written and oral communication skills

- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities

- knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Foxfire, and web-based enterprise solutions software.
- Experience with multi-site Accounts Payables.
- Experience with NetSuite & Quickbooks preferred.
