Accounts Payable Clerk

Extension is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located near Waukesha, WI.

Key Objectives/Role Responsibilities: 

• Entering of vendor invoices and payments into the ERP system 
• Verifying invoices via three way match 
• Processing debit memos 
• Check runs and entering ACH payments 
• Assists with preparing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations 
• Assist with providing information related to audits and tax schedules 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of AP experience 
• Strong data entry skills 
• Proficiency working in MS Excel and ERP systems 
• High School Diploma required 
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred 

Salary Information: 

• $22-$26/hour
