Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk will code Accounts Payable invoices, check for accuracy regarding quantities, freight, and sales tax, and prepare monthly accrual journal entries. They will also be a backup for billing which will include preparing and processing customer invoices, entering new customer accounts in our ERP system and ensuring all new customer paperwork is complete and shared with the Controller.
