Osmose is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices.

Responsibilities
- Enter Accounts Payable invoices with correct coding and other relevant information.
- Assist vendors and internal customers with payment status requests.
- Scan documents into imaging software.
- Manage remittance copies for vendors.
- Back up other members of the team as needed.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of relevant Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP system highly desirable; Netsuite would be a plus.
- Organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and technological capabilities and willingness to have constant. communication especially during temporarily remote work.
- Willingness to occasionally work varied hours when necessary to achieve desired results.
