Accounting Manager

Kavaliro has partnered with a client in Orlando, FL seeking an Account Manager.
***Must be located in Orlando, FL***
Responsibilities:
Works with the CFO to distribute monthly financial reports, financial statements, and bank reconciliations, as well as any supporting documents.
Review financial information to ensure compliance with established procedures and accounting principles.
Research open accounting issues in a timely manner and recognize potential issues and/or discrepancies.
Prepare all aspects of financial statement reports for a portfolio of design projects and service contracts, and for the corporate office.
Provide accounting services/support for various internal functions (e.g., accounts receivable/payable, payroll)
Qualifications:
6+ years Accounting experience, 2+ years in Supervisory role
Yardi experience preferred
Advanced MS Excel
B.S. in Accounting/Finance required
