We are looking for an outstanding Inventory Analyst to join our New York corporate team at our regional office in Manhattan.

As a member of the BAPE US corporate team, you will serve as an exemplary ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing an exceptional shopping experience and exciting, innovative products.
As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the flow of goods from vendors to the final point of sale, ensuring accuracy in reporting and maintenance of inventory at all levels of the process. Your responsibilities include supporting the communication process for stock flow in US stores and third-party logistics (3PL), maintaining online and Distribution Center (DC) product catalogs, and executing end-to-end tracking of inbound and outbound stock flow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal and efficient goods flow from vendor to final sale.
- Track and communicate end-to-end Inbound and Outbound stock flow processes.
- Support accurate reporting and maintenance of inventory across all levels.
- Maintain online and Distribution Center catalogs through item creation and PO management.
- Facilitate communication regarding stock flow for US stores and 3PL.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory strategies with product launches.
- Develop and produce flow forecasts for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Prepare biweekly transfer and replenishment lists for stores and online POS.
- Monitor and manage product inventory uploads.
- Generate weekly reports and dashboards to communicate inventory performance and recommendations.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, providing insights based on business needs.
- Manage logistics and product uploads for the AAPE Site and Pirate Site.
Personal qualities & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Proven stock management experience, including proficiency in other inventory management tools.
- Strong Excel skills, encompassing data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Analytical and qualitative problem-solving approach. • Highly organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking.
- E-commerce (Ecom) and store management experience are advantageous.
- Market awareness and understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project implementation skills in a cross-functional setting.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with excellent mathematical literacy.
- Efficient workload prioritization and flexibility to work on a variable schedule.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
