Oxygenics has an opportunity for a full time Accounting & Customer Service to join the team. The position may provide support for all roles in the office including but not limited to accounting and Customer Service functions which entails answering phones and fielding all technical support calls for showerheads sold throughout the United States.

The job will include learning about product specifications and providing knowledge to customers in regard to features, installation, and general operation of merchandise. Thus, customers should gain assurance of product quality from informative or various troubleshooting techniques provided by the job holder. This person will work closely with Accounting, Sales, and Operations departments.

Customer Service

• Answer inquires in a timely fashion and record information in proper format
• Provide Customer Service support including product awareness, troubleshooting, and return authorizations
• Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and direct callers to the appropriate individual

Accounts Receivable

• Set up and maintain applicable customer records to ensure accurate profiles
• Sales order entry
• Responsible for billing all orders and processing applicable credits
• Process and deposit payments from customers
• Validate and dispute applicable debits received from customers
• Review receivables and perform collection duties to ensure past due balances are remitted in a timely manner

Accounts Payable

• Entry of payables to ensure accuracy of amounts, remit to information, discounts, and other relevant data

Miscellaneous

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Filling in on projects that need assistance
• Assist with any overflow work as requested
• Mail, fax, or e-mail as required
• Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• One to two years of experience in an office environment
• Be comfortable on the phone, remain in control under pressure, and have thick skin
• Excellent business and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
• Take great pride and ownership in the work produced
• Be creative and introduce new thinking and concepts to projects
• Independent work style, ability to plan and execute with little direction, creative problem-solving skills and initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
