What Should You Know?

- We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in a retail store setting.

- This individual will play a fundamental role in greeting customers, determining their requests, and fulfilling our unique one-stop service offerings.

- You must be positive, have high energy, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, multi-task, intellectually curious, collaborative, can prioritize, an aptitude and desire to work with the public and assist them in an important process in their lives.

What Responsibilities Will You Have?

· Assisting customers and providing outstanding Customer Service

· Receptionist Duties

· Answering Multi-Line Phones

· Data Entry

· Cashier

· Work in close proximity with customers

· Fingerprint Technician - will train

· Notary Public Certification - will train

· Filing

· Ability and willingness to upsell services

Qualifications Include:

· At least two (2) years of experience in a similar office, Customer Service, and cashier roles.

· At least 21 years of age.

· Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

· The successful candidate should be pursuing ongoing skill development.

· Advanced cashier skills and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and utilizing the Internet.

· Must be resourceful and reliable.

· Solid understanding of data analysis and automation principles.

· Proven ability to properly handle sensitive information confidentially.

· Ability to write and implement effective reports, emails, and memos.

· Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.

· Must be able to take initiative, and work with a team and independently.

· Proven experience working in a methodical, and detail-oriented environment.

Preferred:

· Self-directed and outgoing, highly skilled in problem-solving, capable of handling high-exposure projects, and receptive to coaching and feedback.

· Technical skills.

· Bilingual - Spanish & English

We are a well-established, and essential small business with multiple locations throughout Nevada and growing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (DOE), to start plus tips

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
