This is a part-time role that is well-suited to individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
As an Accounting Clerk at KLAS, you will:
- Maintain Collections / Account Receivables Aging
- Prepare Invoices
- Deposit Checks and ACH payments
- Have opportunities for growth with other accounting responsibilities.
To be considered, you must be:
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
- Collaborate within the finance team and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and outside departments
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to learn quickly
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills

This role is a great opportunity to get exposure to how a business operates. You will have the opportunity to network with professionals within the company and understand how accounting processes and inputs impact a business.
This position pays $18.00/hour. Schedule is flexible, hours range around 20-30 hours a week, and can be adjusted based on individual's need.
