Description
The Accounting Clerk will provide general accounting and project support to the Finance Department 20 hours per week, M-F 9-5.
Duties include:
- A.R. accounting tasks including invoice preparation, distribution and reconciliations
- Supporting the A.R. dispute management function by following up on aged disputes
- Facilitating automation of custom billing utilizing PowerBi Report Builder
- Assisting with special projects, reports and other duties, as assigned

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Knowledge and experience working with AR, billing or PowerBi Report Builder is a plus
- Certification or participation in an accredited Accounting/Finance program with a minimum
GPA of 3.0 preferred
