The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office software and have a familiarity with Quickbooks.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED; Associates in Accounting strongly preferred
- 2+ years' experience in an accounting role - Basic familiarity with QuickBooks
- Basic familiarity with standard Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to create and use spreadsheets including using multiple worksheets and intermediate functions such as totaling columns, changing formats, and entering/using basic formulas
- Ability to type using a computer keyboard to enter information rapidly, accurately and proficiently
- Familiar with internet browsers Google Chrome and Firefox
- Data entry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Biweekly processing of expense reports for billing purposes
- Maintain Quickbook Enterprise files for three small entities
- Daily processing of company credit card receipts
- Cross trains in a wide variety of accounting duties
- Effectively communicate with different levels of staff
- General administrative duties
