- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Document scanning knowledge required.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
```Requirements```
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in office tasks such as filing, organizing, and data scanning.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
This position requires a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Main emphasis on document scanning.
