We have partnered with a client located in Troy, MI looking for Accounts Payable associates to add to their team!
Candidates will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor management and vendor reconciliation. Position will be remote following a 2 week onsite training course. See additional details below:

What your day will look like:
- Analyzing and processing documents for completion and accuracy
- Reconciling various accounts, including identification of discrepancies and corrective action.
- Entering data into various accounting records including the general ledger and accounts receivable/payable systems.
- Research incorrect information received, determine the proper accounting treatment, and recommend corrections to the transaction originator.
- Assist other co-workers with related tasks as necessary.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Fundamentals
- Strong communication skills and high level of attention to accuracy and detail.
- Solid typing and 10 key skills
- Strong computer skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
