We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. As a Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks and providing support to the accounting department. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
```Duties:```
- Perform task related to credit/collections and overall accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct credit analysis and evaluate customer creditworthiness
- Assist the Accounts Payable departments.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
```Qualifications:```
- High School diploma. College accounting coursework a plus.
- Experience in corporate accounting or a similar role (booking keeping)
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
