Salary- Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks (A QuickBooks proficiency test will be given)
- Candidate must be highly proficient in AR/AP and proficient in QuickBooks.
- Responsible for invoicing clients, applying invoice payments and setting up payments for invoices thru QuickBooks.
- Prepare financial reports, create spreadsheets, and prepare by gathering documents.
- Process outgoing invoice payments
- Send bill reminders and contacting clients about payments
- Assist with generating monthly billing statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with Certified Payroll and prevailing wage a plus, but not required.
