Position: Legal Billing Clerk

Location: Fort Worth, TX (76102) ONSITE*

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 (BOE)

Duration: Direct Hire Full Time Opportunity

Dress Code: Business Formal

Schedule:

• Must be able to work Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed*

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate client invoices, statements, and billing reports while ensuring accuracy

• Manage the upload of invoices to e-Billing portals/systems and oversee approval processes

• Inspect all client bill records for precision and completeness

• Address client inquiries regarding accounts and process payments

• Draft internal and external correspondence with diligence

• Design and maintain spreadsheets

• Undertake additional projects as delegated

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Legal Billing experience or from an accounting/tax firm

• Math and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office 365 (WILL BE TESTED)

• 60+ WPM (WILL BE TESTED)

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

• Must be able to lift or move 25lbs

• High school Diploma or GED

• Detail oriented and highly organized

• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and multitask

• Professional Communication
