Ron Carter Ford, CDJR, and Chevrolet Buick GMC in Alvin are seeking to hire Accounting Clerks for our dealerships’ Accounting Offices! Ideal applicants will have a strong background in billing/accounting and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities – Accounting Clerk:
- Assist with billing and processing car deals
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, inventory entry and reconciliations
- Prepare deposits and bank statements
- Post all incoming ACH
- Send out daily CIT (contracts in transit)
- Reconcile schedules
- Train to be backup for other roles
- Carries out all other Accounting Clerk duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements – Accounting Clerk:
- Accounting experience required
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic accounting principles
- Dealership experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
- Computer proficient and detailed oriented
