Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Invoice Billing of Dealers and our customers
- Collecting and processing of invoice payments
- Data entry of billing, jobs, and various accounting processes
- Assist with the preparation of accounting reports, billing, and payroll
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
- Perform general accounting tasks, reconciling account balance and keeping accounts current.
- Conduct regular job audits to ensure data integrity
- Prepare and distribute reports to management as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant, Billing Specialist, or similar role
- 2yrs Quickbooks Experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
