Lifetime Products Inc., is seeking an AR Clerk to join our Accounting team.

The AR clerk position is accountable for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds, which may include a variety of customer location techniques, collection methods, legal claims, and the selective use of outside collection services.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• Be able to read and understand shipping documents
• Read and understand purchase orders & vendor agreements
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & Microsoft D365
• Basic computer and 10-key skills
• Knowledgeable in customer agreements, sales allowances & deduction research
• Read and understand bank reporting & deposit information
• Be able to work well with others in a team setting when needed
• Self-motivated
• Be able to work within deadlines
• Collection experience
• Be able to use various methods to contact the customer. (Phone, email, fax or portals)
• Maintain and work accounts from 0 to 9 million
• Must be able to pass a background screening
