SalarySpherion is seeking an Accounting Administrator. Hybrid Opportunity!
Accounting Administrator will support a small executive team over several corporate entities.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for two corporate entities.
Process intercompany billing and cash transactions. ...
entities are adequately funded.
Prepare and maintain investment account schedules, asset ledgers, and record associated transaction
activity in the general ledger.
Corporate insurance administration and reconciliations.
Process monthly sales tax submissions.
Prepare and maintain various routine financial schedules and operational reports.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or other relevant degree and/or experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Current Notary certification or willing to get notary certification is preferred.

Qualifications:
3+ years prior relevant experience including direct experience in accounting/administration.
