Client Service Administrator

Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming Client Service calls, database management, assist in setting client and potential clients appointments.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Financial Industry experience required
- 2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
Responsibilities:
This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:

- Build sustainable relationships and engage clients and leads by taking the extra mile
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications
- Input notes into CRM and keep updated
- Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
- Maintain professional communication with clients and potential clients.
- Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
- Following up on potential clients calls and emails.
- Complete each service request and resolve client issues

$42,000 - $45,000 - BOE
