- Minimum 2 years of experience working in previous high-volume Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks software)
- Basic knowledge of Chart of Accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Process all AP invoices and credit memos in a timely manner, ensure proper documentation and electronic attachments are maintained
- Account creation of all new vendors, maintain and updated information on required documents
- Reconcile monthly statements from all vendors and create excellent working relationship with them
- Process vendor payments as requested, ensure timely delivery to the vendor
- Communicate all AR transactions to the customer, ensure monthly statements are provided
- Obtain payment status on late AR invoices
- Assist with processing incoming payments, ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist with processing bank deposits
- Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Assist with cash balance updates and AR reports for the CEO
- Assist with credit card statement reconciliations to ensure proper documentation has been obtained
- Provide weekly updated AR and AP reports to the accounting leads, provide status updates as needed
- Carry out coding for all expense accounts
- Work with other departments and the CEO to obtain consent on company expenses
- Adhere to the proper electronic filing of all documents
- Other duties as assigned

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
