Open mail daily and deposit checks
Process payroll
Manage and process Accounts Payables/Receivables
HR record keeping
Enter data, maintain records and create reports
Job cost entry
Data Entry
Invoice production
Process and record credit card transactions
Work with Accountant’s office for year-end closing and preparation of taxes
Work with business partners and colleagues in shipping, order processing, and warehouse management to ensure operations run smoothly
QuickBooks skills/experience.
ShipStation/ order processing/ eCommerce based drop shipping experience is a plus.
Experience with SPS Commerce and similar modules is a plus. If you are not familiar, the ability to learn these is important.
Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Personal time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize projects.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem solving ability
Use company resources and collaborate with coworkers to find more efficient work processes.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to manage highly confidential information.
Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite
*Pay scale goes up depending on skill set and experience determined through interview.
