Accounts Receivable

This full-time position is responsible for calling past-due customers to collect; answering customers’ account questions; receiving funds via checks, cash and credit cards; correctly posting payments to customer accounts; and processing month-end statement billing. The ideal candidate is upbeat, polite, detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

- have customer service experience
- previously held a role with Accounts Receivable with collections calls
- have previous experience with multi-line phones and paging systems
