Financial Controller

Aegis is partnering with a company looking for an assistant controller to come join their team!

Located in Elkhart, IN

DIRECT HIRE- fully onsite

PAY: $90-110k DOE + bonus

PTO: 3 weeks

SHIFT: M-F 8AM-5PM

Degree: College graduate with Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required

Day to day responsibilities may include:

• Manage, support and mentor A/P and A/R team in the Elkhart office
• Overseeing month-end ledger close process
• Supporting internal/external audits
• Monthly account reconciliation
• Compiling, analyzing, and distributing various financial reports
• Reviewing and approving customer credits, purchase requisitions and other financial transactions
• Assisting in annual budgeting process

They are willing to take a Sr. Plant Accountant looking to take the next step in their career, or a current controller. The main goal is we need someone who has at least 3 years of LEADERSHIP experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.

This person needs to be a wizard in excel, have ERP system experience, and is ambitious

A manufacturing background is not a must – but it is IDEAL
