Duties & Responsibilities

· Process daily invoices against end of day ledger.

· Audit end of day ledger against outstanding receivables

· Audit insurance carriers to make sure payment has been processed and applied.

· Process weekly payroll and deductions.

· Circumvent any issues that may arise with effective solutions.

· Process weekly part statements and make sure they are paid appropriately.

· Make sure all daily expenses are accounted for.

· Perform bank reconciliation reports and account for daily deposits and withdrawals.

· Must have Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.

Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year experience with Account payable or Receivable.

· Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including following up on open items.

· Clearly and effectively communicates with vendors and other employees in the organization.

· Works independently and as part of a team to provide superior customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers.

· Organizes and prioritizes activities to balance multiple job demands.

· Detail oriented.

· Research capabilities and problem solving ability.

· Skilled at identifying needs for process improvements and possesses the ability to work

with manager to implement those process improvements.

· Demonstrates teamwork abilities.

· Provides accountability and transparency.

· Proficient in influencing and challenging behaviors throughout the organization which can be improved.

· Capable of escalating items to appropriate personnel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.57 - $23.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
