On an ongoing basis, the Recruiter/Account Manager generates new business relationships by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The Account Manager will develop a portfolio of accounts with recurring, high-volume recruitment needs. He/she will be responsible for screening candidates based on the employer’s specifications. We are looking for someone with high energy with strong work ethics as our work environment is fast-paced and performance-based. As such, Recruiters/Account Managers are expected to meet monthly individual and team goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to generate job opportunities for jobseeker base
- Advertise job opportunities to jobseekers by using online job boards, sourcing platforms, and email communication weekly
- Host recruitment events virtually and/or in-person with jobseekers and employers weekly
- Conduct recruitment orientations at each recruitment event
- Pre-screen and refer customers to job opportunities
- Collaborate with Community Partner team to reach larger jobseeker network
- Re-engage with prior jobseekers and employers to meet individual and team goals
- Utilize labor market index information to plan business development activities
- Other duties as assigned.
- College degree preferred in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience as an Account Manager/ Job Developer or working with adults
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals
- Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base
- Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization and individuals with multiple barriers
- Must be well organized, detailed oriented, and accuracy driven
- Must be able to handle assignments quickly and efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters in a mature and responsible manner
- Must exhibit excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
