La Mercerie offers a variety of dining options both indoors and outdoors and receptions or seated eventsfor as few as 8 people to as many as 200. Chef Marie balances her classical training and avant-garde practices in a thoughtful reimagining of French cuisine acrossthree different menus - lunch, dinner & le joli weekend.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $120,000 - $135,000
- Quarterly bonus program up to 20%

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in well-rated restaurants
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team of salaried managers and hourly staff
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management, and bottom-line profitability
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- A love for French cuisine & culture - a plus!
