We aren't your typical startup. We've seen rapid growth in the last 18 months at our 3PL, taking on some of the largest clients in the eCommerce space with our innovative approach to managing shipping, storage, and third party logistics. We are looking for the next core position at our tight-knit team.
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our rapidly growing company. As an Account Manager for our eCommerce 3PL company, you will be a vital link between our business and our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively communicating client needs to our internal teams. Your primary focus will be to maintain and grow our business relationships, providing expert advice and solutions to meet the unique logistics and supply chain needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll manage clients and their satisfaction with our services. Great, professional, and prompt communication is a must.
- You'll be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts, including communicating with them and catering to their needs.
- You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Fast learners needed: Be flexible to take on new tasks, small projects, and challenges that would help the team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or executive assistant.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Job Requirements:
- This is an in-person job only. Must be able to commute to our Gardena office M-F
- Work hours are 10am-6pm PST M-F, with a bit of flexibility if needed
- Compensation is $24/hr to start with lots of room to grow with the company
