The Job:

At Convoso, we're constantly looking for ways to reshape the future of lead generation contact centers. Our mission is to revolutionize the call center industry by empowering agents to convert leads faster. That's where you come in.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who act as the primary owner of client technical success, monitor customer accounts, manage support tickets, and provide coaching & tailored solutions to assigned clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage escalated tickets and ensure proper testing and troubleshooting was done at all levels
  • Provide coaching to clients, customer success, and engineering
  • Ensure client issues are being resolved in a timely manner
  • Own the technical relationship with assigned client accounts
  • Perform project management for consulting engagements as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and 5 years progressively responsible, related experience.
  • 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager role or performing Technical Account Management duties
  • 2+ years of experience working with an outbound dialer platforms preferred
  • 1+ years of VOIP experience (SaaS VOIP preferred)
  • 1+ years of Hardware and Software troubleshooting experience
  • 1+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $75,000 - $90,000

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso's compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
