SalaryPrimarily responsible for overseeing the Southern Orange County locations while generating new deposits and loans for a specific targeted market business. Provides leadership by performing various managerial functions and drive growth in the Bank’s products and services. This position is also responsible for attaining the established branch and department in an assigned region, while overseeing existing customers.
- Oversees, participates in, and ensures business development programs.
- Oversees and ensures growth and overall deposit and lending performance of the Bank.
- Manages the Top Prospect Report, an ongoing list of the Bank’s top business and consumer prospects.
- Ensures compliance with Bank policies/procedures and regulations.
- Constantly responds to the changing needs of financial services needs of the Bank’s clients, especially those clients most valuable to the Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in banking with 5 years of management and leadership experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
