Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from qualification through closing, for software development projects. You will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing leads, crafting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing client buy-in. You will also work closely with the Lead Gen, and Production teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.

Qualification:
Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Production to identify and qualify potential clients within target markets aligned with our expertise.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges, objectives, and budget constraints.
Partner with Production to assess project feasibility and develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Craft compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and demonstrate the value proposition of our software development services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Closing and Client Management:
Secure client commitment and close deals, ensuring all contracts and agreements are finalized.
Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably within the gaming, AR/VR, Web3, or related industries.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota attainment.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and various development methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Bonus Points:
Experience selling complex, custom software solutions.
Knowledge of blockchain technology, Games, AR/VR, or Web3 development.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment
Robot Sea Monster is a fully remote company with team members across the globe. We expect you to provide appropriate computer, peripherals, and software needed for this position, in addition to high-speed internet, mic, and camera required for video conferencing and voice calls. Robot Sea Monster will provide access to all team systems and any proprietary software or hardware required for a project.
