Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) is responsible for ensuring alignment of sales, account management, and operations teams. Ensures customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues related to billing and invoicing, work irregularities, and other operations issues that may arise. The CEC will perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as a bridge between Customer, Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment in servicing and managing assigned accounts.
- Manages day to day account activities (e.g. quotes, customer communications)
- May be involved in the customer onboarding process
- Acts as a Customer Advocate
- Helps drive additional sales & profitability at the work order level (typically within the existing site base, or in acquiring new sites with an existing customer)
- Communicates expansion opportunities to sales leadership as they arise
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment and industry, a plus.
- Operate with autonomy and professionalism.
- Ability to interface across all levels of the Light Commercial organization and professionally with customers.
- Ability to work with and coordinate with multiple individuals across a team.
- Demonstrate project management capabilities including, balancing competing priorities and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize customers and tasks.
- Demonstrate customer service skills- ability to address customer issues and concerns.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
- High school diploma, GED, or completion of business/office vocational training. AA degree is a plus.
- Entry level. Account Management, project management, or sales experience preferred.
- Facilities, trades, or HVAC/R experience preferred
- 2+ years of data entry and/or office based customer service experience preferred.
