Accounts Payable Coordinator/Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator/Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with spreadsheets, QuickBooks Online (Enterprise), and credit card reporting software.

DMG is a holding company operating a collective of vertically integrated companies operating to create and curate sports and entertainment events in the US and abroad, including televised collegiate basketball, football, professional sports and international competition, and supporting the efforts of international sponsors in the Olympics.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Accounts Payable, account reconciliation, accounting ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare bills, invoices, spreadsheets, documents and bank deposits.
• Resolve billing issues and facilitate payments of due invoices.
• Using the banks BillPay function.
• Includes additional duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
