What does a customer service representative do?

A customer service representative's goal is to deliver exceptional service and assistance to patients calling in to book their favorite treatments.

Tasks include

• Answering questions via phone, email, and text message.
• Using our software to book appointments and communicate relevant details to patients
• Assist patients in answering questions prior to and after receiving their services.
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with staff members from all locations.

What is the compensation?

• $17 /hour

The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, reliable and a fan of everything beauty related. Additionally, the right candidate is highly skilled in navigating online software and can juggle multiple programs.
