```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using scheduling software (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix)
- Collect and verify patient insurance information
- Assist with patient billing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Provide administrative support to the dental or medical office staff
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training is a plus
