Job Description
As an Account Coordinator, you will support various internal teams with cross-functional communication, processing of purchase orders, processing contracts, and other account supporting tasks. You will act as an internal-liaison and advocate for your teams. Overall, you will play a crucial role in SmartRent's operations as we continue to provide amazing support to our growing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ordering process within our Account Management, Operations, and Revenue teams
- Manage the contracts process within our Account Management and Sales teams
- Account supporting tasks such as data entry, ad hoc reporting, scheduling, cross-departmental communications, maintenance of accounts and systems, etc.
- Identify issues and provide suggestions and efficiencies to improve our implementation documentation and processes
- Work closely with your manager and team to complete special projects on a case-by-case basis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in an Account Coordinator, project coordinator, or an office admin role
- Data entry experience using Excel, Word, Google Sheets or Google Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing and fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Jira is a big plus
- Previous project management experience
- Experience working within construction, single-family housing, and/or multi-family housing industries
