In this role you will:
The Project Coordinator is a new position that is responsible for coordinating various tasks and assignments between team members and director. This position will also assist users with tier 1 system issues as needed. The role includes both tasks performed onsite with the customers and offsite at the office.
Core tasks include coordinating project schedules, resources, customer service support, documentation and troubleshooting as it relates to system bugs, enhancements, go lives, and new rollouts and other projects to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
- Manage and organize all projects and their components
- Ensure that all issues/projects are properly logged, prioritized and follow-up completed as needed
- Understanding workflows to assist with documentation for system lifecycle
- Provide first level remote and on-site customer services support to users for various systems
- Troubleshoot issues and escalating as needed in a timely and concise manner
- Assist with troubleshooting and testing systems as needed
- Assist with Implementations and Go Live Tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
- Familiarity with the behavioral health care/human services industry, or other similar health care practices; knowledge of Welligent is a plus
- Minimum of three years project coordination/project management experience
- Analytical skills to identify problems and offer solutions
- Problem solving and critical thinking ability to resolve issues
