Freelance Project Coordinator - Hybrid

We are looking for a Freelance Project Coordinator for a top fashion company in New York City. The brand collaborations team is looking for a coordinator to assist with them across creative operations, production, packaging, digital, media, brand experience and marketing. This position will be hybrid and based out of the New York office.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the manager in the day-to-day activities, troubleshooting, and performance of the projects in a timely manner.
• Responsible for day-to-day collaboration from product to launch working with internal and external partners.
• Create timelines for teams across creative ops, fashion office, packaging, and production.

Required Qualifications:

• Collaboration: Works closely with the internal team, including creative, packaging, production, brand experience, and more
• Efficiency: Focuses on optimizing project management processes and workflows to meet timing targets.
• Problem-Solving: Assists with challenges and resolves issues within the project.
